copula
Essentially, a copula is a word that links things together in a phrase or sentence. Specifically, it links the subject of the sentence with the bit that describes it. One of the most well known examples of the copula in English is, "to be" and all its conjugations. You may have heard of copulas referred to as linking verbs.
While often verbs, copulas are not always verbs. I find that to be a fun thought experiment. How else do we link things than by action? How else if not always by verbs? Sometimes by people? Sometimes by virtue of circumstance? Sometimes by just existing, or dare I say being?

Mission Statement
Our main mission is to foster connection and build community through the sharing of our arts and our voices.
If we can do it thorough art that invites our audience to have conversations, that's a plus. If we can do it in a way that's fun, that's even better. We want to share, we want to connect (people to people, things to things, ideas to ideas, and every permutation possible combining those), and we want to build-- together.
